Nightlife as Political Memory in Ursula Grace Williams New Film
A dance floor can hold more history than a museum wall. In Ursula Grace Williams’ latest short film, nightlife is not treated as escape, excess, or background noise. It becomes a place where memory moves through bodies, where sound carries ancestry, and where community is made in real time.
